Nannie Franco's has outstanding pizza! Everyone was friendly and the process of ordering is efficient. There are tables right next to the shop to sit down and enjoy your slice. I highly recommend trying Nannie Franco's. You can also get a wine or beer from DiBruno Brothers Bottle Shop on the other side of the little plaza.
Found this place walking through the Italian market and needed water. Glad I decided to get a slice of pizza and a garlic bread roll. Pizza sauce is delicious and the pizza is nice and light. The garlic bread roll was really good too. If I lived in Philly, this would be my regular pizza shop. EDIT: I did come back morning of the 10/13 just before they opened. I needed one last slice before heading back to London. The pizza just keeps getting better. Time to open a branch in London!
It's my favorite pizza in Philly! There's something about the sauce that's just perfect to me. I go for the classic cheese pizza slices. The sauce to cheese to bread ratio is *chef's kiss*. Pizza crust is worth eating since it remains soft and is well proportioned. All of the other slices they offer that I've tried were great and are always well made. The staff are always lovely and brighten my day anytime I stop by. The order and pickup window is great to grab and go, and there's seating in front and around the corner that fits right into the Italian Market atmosphere. Thanks for the great pizza, see you soon!!
Hard to beat a 3 slice of tomato pie! They’re currently serving out of a window (though they have outdoor seating available) and you can pay via Venmo as they heat your slice up.
This pizza is absolutely to die for! The crunchy crust is so delicious, and the restaurant itself makes you feel like you are in Italy! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I had the Sicilian slice of tomato pie which was absolutely delicious. Also tried the ricotta and tomato slice but some fresh basil on top. Will definitely be back to try the Sicilian pineapple pie.
